Return and Refund Policy
In order to receive a full refund, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased must be returned new, in unused condition with original packaging and accessories. We will Not accept any returns of candles that have been lit.
*Exchanges will be at your expense if dissatisfied with scent or ordered in error. Shipping cost is at your expense.
If candles are damaged upon shipping, please notify us and emailed photographed proof for approval.
If approved, allow 2 weeks for your new candle to be shipped, or refund back to your original method of payments.
Only regular priced items may be refunded if damaged or defective. Sale items are non-refundable.
